Advanced Family Care Institute specializes in preventing, diagnosing, and treating chronic and acute illnesses. We believe that with annual wellness visits and counseling on healthy lifestyle changes, we can work together with our patients to prevent certain illnesses before they develop.


If a health condition arises that requires care from another specialist, we will be there to guide you and coordinate all aspects of your care. You and your family physician will work together to achieve the best possible outcome, in the most cost-effective way.

PTCOA is the region’s largest fully comprehensive pain management practice with fifteen locations throughout Arkansas, Mississippi, and Texas. It is headquartered in Little Rock, Arkansas and employs over 300 people.

Our Provider


Dr. Kaylin Cesarski was born and raised in Batesville, Arkansas. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Spanish from Lyon College. She then completed medical school at New York Institute of Technology College of Osteopathic Medicine at Arkansas State University. After medical school, she completed her residency in Family Medicine at Baptist Health/UAMS in North Little Rock, where she served as chief resident. Dr. Cesarski is board-certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians.


Dr. Cesarski is excited to apply her experience and knowledge to provide compassionate and high-quality health care to her patients in Central Arkansas. She will be offering comprehensive primary care services at Advanced Family Care Institute which is part of the Pain Treatment Centers of America network.
